Novotel Guwahati observes Employee Celebration Week

Novotel Guwahati recently celebrated employee celebration week. With the 5th Edition, this year’s theme was ‘Diversity & Inclusion – We are Many. We are One!’ The hotel celebrated the celebration week with great pomp and ceremony.

With a host of activities that included day outings, sports, adventure treks, nature trails, awareness on water conservation and food wastage etc, The Novotel Team shared this special day with 12 deaf and dumb children from a Guwahati based group called “Youth for Job”. The children spent an entire day playing games, spending time, dining along with the team.
However, this year’s major attraction of the celebration was the inclusion of a street play, with the storyline touching the important topics of women empowerment, educate the girl child, women and child trafficking and drug abuse. The motive behind organising the play was to create awareness amongst the common people on these topics, which need our attention and concern.
Accor Group dedicates these three days to celebrate the success, employee relations, and recognize and acknowledge the employees as being the most important asset in their lives.
