Chef Pradeep Rawat joins Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar with 16+ years of hospitality experience.
In his role, he will be responsible for overlooking the culinary landscape of the property where he helps in flourishing all F&B outlets of the property like Berry Library, Quarter Deck, and Cloud Cafe.
Along with that, he will be developing recipes based on the type of food to be prepared and applying personal knowledge and experience in food preparation. The chef’s work ethic helps him in growing and also enhanced his culinary skills.
He started his culinary journey in the year 2006 and since then he worked in 5 different properties where he sprinkles the magic from his handmade dishes. With extensive culinary creativity and experience in creating recipes and handling the preparation of elaborate meals. The Chef is specialized in handling carte, buffets, banquets, and bar operations as well.
