EARA Group has announced the appointment of Raja Ramamoorthy as the new Associate Vice President – Sales

In his new role, Raja will lead EARA Group’s sales function, driving strategic sales initiatives, channel partner development, business expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across the company’s growing portfolio of premium developments.
A seasoned sales professional with over 26 years of rich cross-industry experience, Raja has built an impressive career spanning real estate, hospitality, telecommunications, and consumer businesses. He is widely recognized for his expertise in sales leadership, business development, channel management, strategic planning, and building high-performance teams that consistently deliver exceptional business results.
Before joining EARA Group, Raja served as Associate Vice President – Sales at Casagrand Builders Pvt. Ltd where he played a pivotal role in formulating sales strategies, strengthening the company’s channel partner ecosystem by onboarding more than 150 channel partners, and contributing to revenue generation.
Throughout his distinguished career, Raja has held key leadership positions with reputed organizations including NBR Group, SOBHA Ltd., Talin Modular Furniture, Scorpio Event Management Company, Gift XOXO, Hummingbird Corporate & Stay Pvt. Ltd., Ace Agency, and HFCL Group, earning a reputation for driving sustainable growth, nurturing strategic partnerships, and creating customer-focused sales organizations.
