CIN Universe has announced the appointment of Rajesh Sunder Ghanshani as its new Co-founder & Managing Partner
Rajesh will work closely with Founder Parvinder Dhillon to expand CIN’s market presence, strengthen its client portfolio, and enhance its technology-led offerings – beginning with hospitality and extending into new industry verticals.
Rajesh Ghanshani is a strategic leader with over 25 years of experience in scaling businesses. Known for his ability to align vision, quality, and execution, he has played a key role in building and expanding high-growth companies. With a strong entrepreneurial foundation rooted consumer facing businesses that evolved over decades, Rajesh brings a deep understanding of business fundamentals, scale, and long-term value creation.
Prior to joining CIN Universe, Rajesh served as Director – Partnerships at STAAH for over eight years, where he was instrumental in building global partnerships and strengthening the company’s presence across hospitality markets.
