Hotel Grapevine, an independently managed hotel announced the signing of franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts for a conversion hotel in Varanasi under the Ramada by Wyndham brand.
Located in the Katesar area of Varanasi, Ramada by Wyndham Varanasi Katesar will be located close to Ramnagar Fort and Ganga Kinare Ghat, offering views of the popular ghats of Varanasi with great connectivity from Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport (32 Km) and Varanasi Railways Station (13 Km).
Once operational, the hotel will spread over 4 acres and will offer 68 guest rooms with flat-screen TVs, power showers. Other facilities will include a lobby lounge, an all-day dinning, roof top specialty restaurant, multiple meetings and event spaces, outdoor party lawn, business center, as well as a spa, an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness area.

Ramada by Wyndham Varanasi Katesar is expected to open in late 2021 and provide more than 80 jobs to the city.
