M/s Al Habib Emporio, a hotel and development company based out of Srinagar, announced the signing of a franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts for a new hotel development- Ramada Encore by Wyndham Srinagar Rajbagh – under the trendy, lifestyle Ramada Encore by Wyndham brand.
Ramada Encore by Wyndham Srinagar Rajbagh is situated on the Jhelum River in the Rajbagh area of Srinagar. The property is 9.5 KM from Srinagar Airport and 2.5 KM from popular Dal Lake. The hotel will have a modern facade and will feature 48 contemporary rooms and a host of amenities including a lobby lounge, an all-day dining restaurant and, meeting rooms, event space and a business centre.
