The Chambers, India’s very first exclusive business club, hosted a rendezvous to launch INNERgise at Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai – a curated set of menus featuring fresh, homegrown ingredients packed with antioxidants and immunity-boosting superfoods.
Created in consultation with Arya Vaidya Sala – Kottakal, Kerala, a century-old institution of renown – the dishes use simple cooking techniques like sautéing, steaming, and grilling to ensure that the nutrient quotient of the ingredients remains intact..
The afternoon was the perfect mix of cooking, conversations, and lively discussions on healthy foods and cooking techniques with Executive Chef Amit Chowdhury and Dr. Aditi Govitrikar – medical doctor, psychologist, model, the multi-hyphenated lady in her own right. Executive Sous Chef Raghu Deora took the well-heeled audience through two unique dishes and shared tips and tricks to extract maximum health benefits from the simplest of ingredients.
Also in attendance were Shaina NC, Anjana Srivastava, Renu Basu, Ami Gandhi, Ranjana Kamlani, and Payal Kothari amongst others.
The elegant afternoon was hosted at the rooftop Rendezvous – a beautiful venue on the 20th floor of The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai.
