Radisson Hotel Group (RHG) has successfully hosted its annual General Managers’ Conference, RAD Leads 2026, bringing together its leadership team and General Managers from across South Asia for two days of strategic discussions, workshops, and collaboration

Held at Radisson Blu Hotel Chennai Airport and Radisson Blu Resort Temple Bay Mamallapuram, the conference convened key leaders, including Chema Basterrechea, Global President & Chief Operating Officer, Elie Younes, Executive Vice President & Global Chief Development Officer, and Inigo Capell, EVP and Chief People & Resources Officer.

The conference served as a platform to align on the Group’s strategic priorities, strengthen operational excellence, and drive performance across markets. Through a series of immersive workshops and interactive sessions, General Managers engaged in forward-looking conversations focused on growth, guest experience, and delivering consistent value to owners and stakeholders.

The two-day engagement concluded with a gala evening celebrating collaboration and shared success. The evening also marked the launch announcement of NIVA, Radisson Hotel Group, South Asia’s in-room luxury magazine, designed to offer guests a curated perspective on destinations, culture, and immersive travel experiences across the region.

Adding to the celebratory atmosphere, the evening featured a special performance by renowned artist Adnan Sami, bringing the conference to a memorable close.
