His professional journey includes key leadership roles with The Quorum Club Gurugram, Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre, and Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Goa, along with extensive experience across several other leading hospitality brands. In these roles, he successfully led sales initiatives across MICE, corporate, and leisure segments, while building strong client partnerships and achieving consistent revenue growth. Saiby is recognised for his strategic mindset, strong industry relationships, and ability to lead high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results. He has also been instrumental in leading the pre-opening phase of Four Points by Sheraton & Marriott Executive Apartments, Amritsar, driving Sales & Marketing setup, team onboarding, SOP implementation, and ensuring operational readiness.
