Saurabh Choksi has been appointed as General Manager of The Fern Leo Resort & Club in Junagadh, Gujarat.
Saurabh brings with him over 23 years of hospitality experience where he will be seen spearheading F&B operations, speciality restaurants, Rooms Division, guest experience and other key roles in the hotel & Cruise.
He has previously worked with brands like Radisson Hotels, Aamby Valley City, Marigold Banquets, The Fern Hotels & Resorts, and Cruises line.
He enjoys planning and implementation of unique event concepts which inturn increases departmental profitability.
Saurabh Choksi will be responsible for heading and managing entire operations and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.
He possesses strong business acumen with the capability to execute a wide range of strategies to establish a market presence.
