The Access Group appoints Saurabh Gupta to lead customer success across APAC hospitality software operations

The Access Group has announced the appointment of Saurabh Gupta as Head of Customer Success, APAC, based in Mumbai.
Saurabh joined the company in May 2026 and will lead the end-to-end customer success function across the region. In his new role, he will oversee Professional Services, Onboarding, Support and Customer Success for APAC, ensuring alignment between regional priorities and The Access Group’s global customer success strategy.
Saurabh brings more than two decades of experience in customer success and post-sales leadership. He has worked with global technology companies, building and scaling customer organisations across multiple markets and business segments.
Prior to joining the company, he was with BrowserStack, where he led global Customer Success, Support, Renewals and Channel Programmes across the US, Europe and APAC. In this role, he focused on improving customer experience, operational efficiency and scalable growth through proactive and data-led engagement models for enterprise and SMB customers.
Earlier, Saurabh spent several years at Salesforce, where he played a key role in building and scaling the India Customer Success organisation across SMB, mid-market and enterprise segments. His work included supporting customer growth, retention and the development of scalable post-sales operations and customer success practices for the region.
The appointment comes as hotels and hospitality businesses across India and Asia-Pacific increasingly adopt cloud-based and AI-powered technology. The Access Group said customer success, from onboarding to ongoing support, has become central to helping hospitality businesses realise value from their technology investments.
STAAH, an Access company, serves more than 30,000 properties across 90 countries. Access Group’s hospitality software portfolio includes solutions across channel management, booking engine, revenue management and reputation management, supported by Access Evo, the company’s AI-powered platform.
