The Ritz-Carlton Pune is pleased to announce the appointment of Shrikant Patro as Associate Director, Food & Beverages.
Shrikant comes with a rich experience of over 13 years in the hospitality industry, having worked his way up in the Food & Beverage department with renowned hotels like Renaissance Mumbai and JW Marriott Sahar. Most recently, Shrikant served as the Director of Restaurants and Bars with the renowned JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu.
Having handled every format of food and beverage outlets, from specialty restaurants focusing on the guest experience to outlets & bars with a revenue focus, Shrikant understands his guests and proactively creates products to meet their requirements. His intuitive service approach will be instrumental in creating exclusive experiences and driving guest satisfaction at the celebrated F&B venues and event spaces at The Ritz-Carlton, Pune.
Shrikant holds a BSc in Hotel Management and Hospitality Administration from the Naval Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai. In his free time, Shrikant enjoys listening to music or losing himself in a good book.
