Shubham Shrivastava has a vast experience of more than 11 years in the field of hospitality. He has received numerous prestigious awards for culinary vision and operational leadership. Successfully implemented business process improvement initiatives, including streamlining requisition procedures and consolidating facilities to improve bottom-line results, without compromising quality.

He has extensive experience in the fields of sales, guest relationship management, budget forecasting, and marketing. He has grown in the hospitality sector, right from scratch. This has given him immense exposure in all fields, and he can perform well under pressure. He specializes in handling budget to mid-segment to luxury properties. He has worked in hotels located in Agra, Goa, Gujarat, Hyderabad etc. He has been operational in the Gujarat market for a long, therefore has immense knowledge of the local area and enjoys deep connections with travel agents and local players.

A few of the popular brands Shubham Shrivastava has worked with are Radisson Blu, Deltin Royale Casino Goa, The Fern Residency Hotel, The Fern An Ecotel Hotel, Ramada by Wyndham, etc.

Shubham Shrivastava will be responsible for managing the Clarks Collection Bhavnagar property. He will also be responsible for increasing revenue, building a trade network, training staff, and implementing new marketing initiatives on the property.

On his appointment, Shubham Shrivastava said, “The travel industry on the whole is witnessing an immense change. After COVID-19 travel and stay needs of the guests have changed drastically. Generally for long stays comfort, hygiene and budget play an important role. As a brand, I would like to design beneficial solutions and itineraries, where the guest can make maximum out of their travel. Being a part of Clark, legacy is an honour in itself, I am looking forward to making a concrete contribution that results in an increase in footfalls on the properties. There are many new marketing and staff development initiatives, which I will implement in the coming days.”
