Siddharth Savkur is CEO of Kamaxi – to create robust hospitality job opportunities

Kamaxi Group, which offers end-to-end services from training and certification to employment and upskilling in the hospitality sector, has named Siddharth Savkur as the CEO.

The group entities include Kamaxi College of Culinary Arts (KCCA), Kamaxi Overseas Consultants (KOC), Kamaxi Skills, and FIERCE Kitchens.

With a slew of leadership roles spanning over two decades, Siddharth Savkur brings rich experience in business and people management and will spearhead the leadership team at Kamaxi.

An alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management, Bengaluru, Siddharth Savkur’s career has seen him gain experience in hotel operations, asset management, strategic planning, and business development with international hotel companies across different markets.

Siddharth Savkur has held key positions at luxury brands like Alila Hotels and Resorts, Hyatt, and Radisson and also serves as a hospitality consultant. This broad and all-encompassing knowledge will be a valuable addition to the Kamaxi management team and support their vision of making India the skills hub of the world.

KCCA offers a 3-year degree program in Culinary Management approved by Goa University, as well as short-term job-oriented courses. Admissions have begun for the next batch slated to commence in July 2022. 

KOC supports the manpower needs of the international cruise, hotel, and restaurant clients.  Kamaxi Skills aims to create a network of culinary skill centres across India. FIERCE Kitchens is the first incubator dedicated to “foodpreneurs” with a business idea in the F&B space, in collaboration with the Atal Incubation Centre at Goa Institute of Management.
