Signum has appointed Manoj Virmani as the strategic advisor. An industry veteran with two decades of experience. Virmani has previously been a part of brands like ITC hotels and The Taj group of hotels.
His role at Signum Hotel & Resorts is to guide the company with a vision and mentor the core leadership team with a solid background. Virmani is helping to build a rock-solid foundation of the company, keeping its brand values and ethos in place. With his strategic vision, he brings and advises the company in key strategic decisions. He is also helping the company for its growth and in the future for raising investments.
He has been an alumnus of Cornell University, Indian School of Business (Hyderabad), Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad) besides IHM (Pusa). He is well-travelled and advises several companies on Change Management, Business Excellence, Quality & Process improvement, Mystery Audits, Revenue Optimisation, Lean Management, Total Productive Management and Talent development.
