Srikanth Subramanian has been promoted as Food & Beverage Manager at The Westin Chennai Velachery.
Srikanth has been associated with the hotel since 2016 where he joined in the capacity of a Restaurant Manager and got promoted as Asst Food & Beverage Manager in 2018 subsequently. Since April 2020 he has been serving as an acting Food & Beverage Manager where he was leading the F&B operations of all restaurants, bars, banquet, and Marriott Bonvoy on Wheels.
Srikanth concluded his Leela Management Training in 2013 and joined Leela Goa as Asst Restaurant Manager and worked in the same property till 2016 as Banquet Manager.
He has been instrumental in managing large-scale banquet operations, driving incremental revenue for restaurants, scored 90+ in Associate Engagement Survey in 2018 and 2019. Also, he has successfully launched a one-of-a-kind restaurant at the hotel, called MKC-Madras Kitchen Company. He has successfully planned and executed various invigorating food & beverage promotions at all dining venues at the hotel.
Srikanth holds the degree of Bachelor of Science, Hotel Management from IHM Pusa and secured All India University Rank #3.
He loves to travel and explore new restaurants.
