Chef Tamoghna has an impressive background in the hospitality industry. In the past, he has associated with brands such as The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts, Four Seasons Hotel, The Indian Hotels Company Limited, Hyatt Hotels Corporation, ITC Hotels & InterContinental Hotels Group. Chef Tamoghna Chakraborty has extensive experience in the culinary industry, and his motto is ‘Ultimate guest satisfaction’ while maintaining high standards, innovative & progressive food, analyzing food costs, hygiene implementation, and motivating his team for excellence. His expertise is in Western, Mediterranean, Thai & Japanese Cuisine.
Prior to joining Aloft New Delhi Aerocity, he was working as the Executive Chef with Hotel Raintree St. Mary’s, Chennai. In his current role, he will be creating an unforgettable culinary journey for the guests. Chef Tamoghna Chakraborty believes in the power of fresh, locally sourced ingredients & comfort food.
