The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel Delhi appoints Manish Jain as the Head of Human Resources

Manish Jain has been appointed as the Head of Human Resources at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel, Delhi. With over 14 years of experience in Hospitality industry, his last assignment was at the Mahatma Mandir Convention and Exhibition Centre managed by The Leela from where he opted to take a transfer to his hometown, Delhi.

Born in the capital city, Jain holds a degree of Commerce from Delhi University and has also pursued a Diploma course in computer science. After a very rewarding tenure with Super Cassettes Industries Ltd, Manish became a part of the Hyatt Family in 2005. He was fast to cultivate his skills in Human Resources and excelled in the field thereafter. He had a successful tenure of over 13 years with the Hyatt group of hotels in Delhi, Hyderabad and the last one being at Chandigarh, where he served as the Head of Human Resources for 4 years. Under his guidance, the hotel teams have always remained motivated and he has ensured to inculcate an improved family culture, care for associates and an increased engagement rate.
Happily married for over 18 years, his wife Sonia and two sons Kunal & Shaurya share his passion to explore India’s architectural history. He has also passed on his love for motorbikes and badminton to his progeny.
