This festive season, THE Park Chennai did things a little differently. Owing to THE Park Hotels’ brand promise of ‘Anything But Ordinary’, a team of chefs led by Executive Chef Ashutosh Nerlekar along with assistance from the internal Engineering team, put together the sweetest Christmas tree in town — a 12-foot-tall Macaron Christmas Tree!
THE Park Chennai’s macaron tree made with over 7,500-plus hand crafted French Macarons in shades of pop pink with a hint of gold is placed in the lobby, making it the perfect “instagrammable” spot for guests to take festive photographs and selfies of the season. A team of six Chefs displayed immense craftsmanship and 120 plus hours of dedicated work to ensure the macarons were made and stuck on to the main structure. Final touches were added to the tree with baubles and Christmas themed decorations.
