A seasoned culinary professional, Dola Singh has been appointed as the Sous Chef at The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace. Bringing with him a decade’s experience in the hospitality industry and handling various specialty restaurants, Chef Singh hones a dynamic and proficient career in the culinary space. As part of his responsibility, he will assist the Executive Chef in kitchen operations and monitoring of costs.
Chef Singh holds a diploma in hotel management and catering technology, from BSS college Rampur Bushehr Shimla. Having started his career in 2009 at the Royal Orchid Suite Bangalore following which he has been associated with renowned hotels in the course of his career including Crowne Plaza Bangalore, Aloft Bengaluru Cessna Business Park, Holiday Inn Amritsar, and Bengaluru Marriott Hotel Whitefield.
Through his culinary journey, Chef Singh has been learning and mastering the cuisines of the world. Though he specializes in Italian and Continental fare, he has an innate skill to whip up mouth-watering Barbeques and Grilled delicacies as well, with his signature dish being spectacular Lamb Shanks. Chef Singh’s expertise does not stop in the kitchen, his unique ideas, distinct techniques, organizational skills and leadership qualities add value to his role in a leadership position.
In his spare time, he enjoys listening and updating himself to the happening news & debates. Chef Singh also truly believes that being honest allows everything else to fall into place, and this is reflected in the superlative work he displays. With his experience, culinary expertise and new role, he is all set to elevate himself, as well as his team to a whole new culinary level.
