Akshay Gupta, Executive Director, Tivoli Hospitality Group, said, “We are entering a new phase of growth with 10 properties at different stages of planning and development. The focus is not simply on adding more assets, but on creating a future-facing portfolio. We want technology, responsible resource use and stronger operating efficiencies to be considered much earlier in the development process, while Wedcation and MICE will remain important engines of demand.”

The company plans to incorporate technology across its upcoming portfolio, including guest engagement, event coordination, service delivery, internal processes and resource management.

Future projects will also consider sustainability measures, including energy efficiency, water use, waste management and resource optimisation, with approaches tailored to the location and operational requirements of each property.

Akshay Gupta Added, “Hospitality development is changing, and future assets will have to be more intelligent in how they use resources and more agile in how they serve guests. Technology and sustainability cannot sit on the sidelines of the conversation anymore. For us, the opportunity is to integrate practical solutions that improve efficiency while creating long-term value for each property.”

The next phase of expansion will include further development of the group’s Wedcation concept, catering to the growing demand for multi-day residential weddings.

Akshay Gupta continued, “The wedding business is becoming far more experience-oriented. Families are looking at the complete journey of their guests, not only the main ceremony. That gives hospitality companies an opportunity to rethink how residential celebrations are designed, and we see considerable headroom for Wedcation to evolve further.”

MICE will also be a focus area for the upcoming portfolio, with properties designed to accommodate conferences, leadership retreats, corporate offsites and residential business gatherings alongside weddings, leisure and social events.

The company recently announced Midori by Tivoli in Karanki, Sohna, Gurugram, where development work has commenced. The project is among the latest additions to the group’s expansion pipeline.

Tivoli Hospitality Group currently operates 15 hospitality assets and has 10 additional properties in various stages of planning and development.
