Udman Hotels & Resorts has announced the appointment of Vaibhav Verma as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
With an illustrious career spanning over 28 years Vaibhav brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and insight that is perfectly aligned with Udman’s vision for the future.
He will play a pivotal role in steering the brand to the next phase of strategic growth, which includes an ambitious expansion plan to increase the portfolio from 7 boutique and luxury hotels to 50 within the next five years. Vaibhav’s proven track record in managing and leading teams and designing robust policies and processes, positions him perfectly to guide the brand through this transformative period. His understanding of business development and market dynamics, coupled with his expertise in operational excellence, will be instrumental in ensuring that Udman’s ethos of luxury, comfort, personalized service and guest experience remains at the heart of every initiative
His career includes pivotal roles with brands such as Bestwestern, Business World Magazine, Accor Hotels, ITC Fortune Hotels, JHM Interstate Hotels, Taiping Carpets and Jaypee Hotels. His pre-opening and operational experience was demonstrated while launching properties like Four Points by Sheraton in Jaipur, Pune and Vishakhapatnam, Khyber, Gulmarg among others. His most recent role was as Chief Revenue Officer at juSTA Hotels and Resorts.
