Courtyard by Marriott Pune, Chakan recently announced the appointment of Vikas Mittal as Director of Sales. Mittal brings more than 17 years of experience with international hotel chains like Marriott International, Accor, Radisson, Moevenpick, Lalit, ITC and Taj. He started his career in the front office and after that, he worked with Catering Sales, MICE, Vertical, Leisure segments and various roles of Sales and Marketing with a different chain of Hotels.
His last assignment was with Four Points by Sheraton Whitefield Bengaluru. He has been instrumental in taking the sales team over the threshold to achieve new heights of success. His passion for the hospitality industry has seen him rapidly rise through several positions within the company, with responsibilities spread across a gamut of functions.
