Vishal Singh has been appointed as General Manager of Hyatt Regency, Gurugram. Singh brings 23 years of hospitality management experience across the country. Prior to joining the Hyatt Regency, Gurgaon, he was General Manager of the Hyatt Regency, Pune. An MBA in marketing and a graduate of IHM, Pusa, Singh has numerous awards to his credit such as the prestigious ‘Donald N. Pritzker Award for Hotel Team of the Year’ and Winner of ‘F&B Financial Performance Challenge, 2018’ in the entire Hyatt South West Asia region. He brings with him a deep understanding of the hospitality sector, having worked majorly with Hyatt and Hilton hotels at New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Goa and Pune before moving to Gurugram.
In his new role at Hyatt Regency, Gurgaon, he will oversee the entire hotel management and operations, and set strategic plans to continue achieving the hotel’s revenue, increasing guest satisfaction and enhancing the strong brand positioning of establishing Hyatt Regency, Gurgaon, as world-class global MICE destination.
