Aureya FM (formerly WTC Trades & Projects, Brigade Group’s facilities management arm), which delivers integrated, technology-enabled facility management across various sectors including commercial, retail, co-working spaces, and community projects, has announced the appointment of Vivek Kalia as the new Chief Operating Officer
Vivek will be responsible for leading the company’s operations, business growth, customer experience, and organizational effectiveness.

Vivek is a retired Indian Naval Officer and has served for over 21 years in various command and staff appointments, developing deep expertise in leadership, strategic decision-making, and leading teams in complex environments. Following his naval career, Vivek spent seven years with Airbus, where he established and scaled the training business across India and South Asia. He later joined Airbus Defense and Space, leading strategic defence sales campaigns and working closely with customers to address critical business and operational requirements.
