M/S Monika Associates Private Limited, a real estate and hotel development company based out of Delhi announced the signing of a franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts for Ramada by Wyndham Sonipat.

The proposed hotel will be located on National Highway 44, connecting Delhi to the North India states of Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. The location of this new property will offer guests great accessibility and connectivity.

Sonipat is a city and a municipal council in the state of Haryana, India. It comes under the National Capital Region and is around 44 kilometres from Delhi and 214 km from Chandigarh. Sonipat is a major industrial area with one of the largest bicycle manufacturing centres in the country. It is a hub to the top educational institutions in the country including Ashoka University, O.P Jindal Global University, Dr B.R Ambedkar National Law University. Sonipat is also famous for its monsoon time sweet dish Ghevar, which has its roots of origin here.

The hotel, scheduled to open by July 2024, will have a modern façade and will feature 101 contemporary rooms including six suites, a lobby lounge, an all-day dining restaurant and bar, meeting and event spaces, a business centre, refreshing wellness areas and an outdoor swimming pool.

Once operational, Ramada by Wyndham Sonipat will provide more than 100 jobs to Sonipat city.
