Eagleshorizon Private Limited, a real estate company based out of Jaipur, Rajasthan announced the signing of franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts for a new-build resort in Jaipur under the banner Wyndham Jaipur Ramgarh Resort.

Located off the Delhi Jaipur Highway in Ramgarh area of Jaipur, Wyndham Jaipur Ramgarh Resort enjoys a 180 degree view of the Aravalli hills. It will be one of the first resorts while driving from Delhi to Jaipur. An ideal combination of ‘tucked away’ yet easily accessible, the resort will be 55 Km from Jaipur International Airport and 45 km from the city centre.

Once operational, this destination resort will be spread over 15 acres and will offer 100 guest rooms and villas. Other facilities will include lobby lounge, an all-day dinning, a fine dining restaurant, multiple meetings and event spaces, landscaped vistas, business center, refreshing wellness areas, entertainment and sports facilities, an outdoor swimming pool and an executive golf driving range.

“We are proud and delighted to launch the first Wyndham branded hotel with the world’s largest hotel company – Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. Bringing the Wyndham brand to India is a perfect fit for our vision to create an urban resort on the most popular leg of the golden triangle. We will be working very closely with the Wyndham Eurasia team to create a world-class product and welcome guests by 2024” said Amir Azad, Managing Director, Eagleshorizon Private Limited.

Jaipur is a strategic market for us in India, ever more in the current context of ‘drive to destinations’ gaining high importance. We could not have asked for a better city to debut our mother brand ‘Wyndham’. This hotel is our sixth development in Jaipur, marking another important step in our quest to making hotel travel possible for all”, added Nikhil Sharma, Area Director Eurasia, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.

Wyndham Jaipur Ramgarh Resort is expected to open in 2024 and provide more than 200 jobs to the Jaipur city.
