Novotel Hyderabad Airport at GMR Aerocity Hyderabad presents the ‘Himalayan Delights’ food festival, a culinary voyage thoughtfully crafted to immerse guests in the captivating essence of the Himalayan region. This festival is at Food Exchange, Novotel Hyderabad Airport.

‘Himalayan Delights’ is a cuisine that often remains unsung, an undiscovered gem within the realm of culinary arts. This distinctive festival not only unveils the hidden treasures of the Himalayas but also accentuates its uniqueness when compared to more widely recognized culinary traditions. 

From Garwal Ka Fannah and Kale Channa Ka Katta to the iconic Kashmiri Rogan Josh and delectable Gud-Pak specialities, the festival’s menu showcases an exquisite array of authentic Himalayan dishes.

Introducing the Winter Warmers from Societe Rangoon

Newly launched Burmese restaurant, Sociètè Rangoon, in Bengaluru has introduced a few new dishes as part of their winter special. Explore bowls of traditional Baya Kyaw Hin Gyo (Burmese Falafel Soup), Ohn-No Kauk Swe (Burmese Chicken Soup), Chin Baung Chat with Gongura leaves, dried Shrimp and Bamboo shoots.

Sao by the Shore introduces a mesmerizing blend of Goan and European fusion over a new menu Sao by The Shore, a beach-side favourite in Goa is delighted to serve a captivating fusion of Goan Portuguese and European culinary excellence with the launch of its new menu.

Under the expert guidance of Chef Sufeeyan Khan, the new menu introduces a myriad of dishes that redefine traditional recipes with a modern twist, promising a dining experience like no other on the shores of Ashwem Beach.

The menu boasts an array of enticing offerings, including the Charred Chicken Super Green, featuring grilled chicken, feta, carrot, pears, summer greens, super seeds, and basil vinaigrette, and the Coconut Basil Chickpea Curry, a flavourful herb coconut chickpea curry served with Goan rice and fried halloumi bites. Seafood enthusiasts can indulge in the Kokum Infused Seafood Spaghetti Pasta, a tantalizing combination of calamari, prawns, fish, white wine, coconut, kokum, and herbs.

Additionally, Sao by The Shore introduces a tempting Wood Fire Neapolitan Pizza Menu, featuring mouth-watering options like the Truffle Buffalo Mozzarella Fragottini and the Morocco Chicken, promising a burst of flavours with every bite.

To sweeten the experience, the dessert menu items include delightful creations such as the Chocolate Marble Cheesecake, Lemongrass Panna-Cotta, and Pistachio and Chocolate Fondant Cake. 

On the new menu, Chef Sufeeyan Khan shares, “At Sao by the Shore, we believe our fusion cuisine is an art form that connects people, cultures, and memories.“
