Nestled amid the Sahyadri hills, Tree of Life AeroVillage Panheli features a private airstrip that allows guests to arrive via a 30-minute chartered flight from Mumbai or Pune. The resort will offer 28 elegantly designed rooms and suites, an all-day dining restaurant and bar, and a picturesque river running through the property, perfect for riverside dining experiences. A banqueting space of over 5,000 sq. ft. makes it ideal for intimate gatherings and celebrations. Recreational facilities include nature trails, a 9-hole golf course, a 20-seater private theatre, and a multi-sport stadium for cricket, football, and pickleball.

Prabhat Jha added, “We are delighted to partner with IHCL to bring the Tree of Life experience to AeroVillage Panheli. This collaboration will help us elevate the destination’s appeal to discerning travellers.”

Surrounded by lush landscapes, Panheli is a hidden gem known for its natural and historical attractions, including Murud Janjira Fort, Wanjloshi Dam, Deoghar Waterfalls, and the Raigad Fort. Guests can also explore the white sand beaches of Diveagar and Shrivardhan or the ancient Gandharpale Buddhist Caves in Mahad, all within easy reach.

With this addition, IHCL’s portfolio in Maharashtra will grow to 54 hotels, including 27 under development.
