ITC Hotels launches Fortune Select Siliguri, expanding its premium hospitality footprint across Eastern India
ITC Hotels Limited (ITCHL) has announced the launch of Fortune Select Siliguri, a 70-key premium hotel located in the foothills of the Eastern Himalayas. Set in West Bengal’s key transit hub, the new property expands the group’s presence in the eastern region, taking its portfolio in the state to seven operating hotels across Kolkata, Durgapur, Kalimpong and now Siliguri.
The hotel marks another step in ITCHL’s strategic expansion across high-potential markets. Speaking on the opening, Anil Chadha, Managing Director, ITC Hotels Limited, said, “The unveiling of Fortune Select Siliguri is an important milestone in ITC Hotels’ planned expansion in the East, a region rich in its traditions, ethos, commerce and natural beauty. Located within convenient reach of Bagdogra Airport, the hotel features contemporary rooms and suites, views of the surrounding landscape, and Fortune’s signature vegetarian restaurant Rainbow. The upcoming openings include Neptune, a bar designed as a stylish social space, and Fortune Deli, an outlet for light bites and baked offerings.

The hotel will also include a swimming pool, spa and gymnasium, which are slated to open shortly.
Siliguri’s strategic location as a gateway to North Bengal, Sikkim, and neighbouring countries, including Nepal, Bhutan and Bangladesh, positions the hotel to serve transit travellers, leisure visitors and guests headed to destinations such as Darjeeling, Kalimpong and Gangtok.
