Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre Appoints S.V. Sathyam as Director of People & Culture
Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre (NHCC) and Hyderabad International Convention Centre (HICC) have announced the strategic appointment of S.V. Sathyam as the new Director of People & Culture, reinforcing the property’s commitment to nurturing a progressive, people-first workplace.
In his expanded leadership role, S.V. Sathyam will spearhead the talent management, human resources, and organisational culture mandates for both NHCC and HICC. His stewardship is set to further advance the hotel’s people-centric philosophy, enhance workforce engagement, and contribute to Novotel’s broader mission of delivering elevated and meaningful hospitality experiences.
The appointment marks a significant homecoming for S.V. Sathyam, who previously served within the Accor ecosystem, playing an important role in strengthening operations at Novotel Hyderabad Airport. With considerable experience in human resources and talent development across the hospitality sector, S.V.
