Wyndham Hotels & Resorts continues India expansion with the introduction of Ramada Hotel & Suites in Kochi
AGA Hotels and Apartments, a leading hospitality and real-estate company based in Kerala, today announced the signing of Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Kochi Infopark, marking the debut of the Ramada Hotel & Suites brand in India. The 69-room hotel is scheduled to open by mid-2026 and will be developed in collaboration with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
Strategically located near Kochi’s fast-growing Infopark IT corridor, the hotel is designed to cater to IT professionals, long-stay guests, corporate travelers, and families visiting the city. The project reflects AGA Hotels and Apartments’ continued focus on bringing globally recognized hospitality brands to high-growth commercial destinations in South India.
Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Kochi Infopark will offer a contemporary mix of comfort and functionality, featuring spacious suites and well-appointed guest rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, meeting and business facilities, a fitness center, and thoughtfully curated amenities tailored for extended-stay and business travelers.
