Utami Indah Dewi joins JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire as Director of Spa and Recreation, bringing international hospitality experience
JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa has appointed Utami Indah Dewi as Director of Spa & Recreation. In her new role, Dewi will oversee the resort’s spa and recreation operations, including wellness, fitness, and related guest programmes. Her responsibilities will include operational planning, team management, service delivery, and the ongoing development of wellness and recreation offerings.
Dewi brings over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality, with professional exposure across the Maldives, the Middle East, Europe, and Southeast Asia. She has worked in spa leadership roles with hospitality brands including One&Only The Palm, Dubai; Hilton; Waldorf Astoria; Fairmont; and Sun Siyam Resorts.
Her experience includes managing multi-treatment-room spa operations, developing treatment and wellness menus, leading therapist and front office teams, and implementing health, safety, and hygiene standards. She is trained in Ayurveda and holds a Diploma in Spa Therapy, along with additional leadership and wellness certifications.

The appointment takes effect in January 2026.
