The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar Resort & Spa has announced the appointment of Naveen Kumar as its new Director of Finance. With over 15 years of extensive experience in the hospitality finance sector, Naveen brings a wealth of expertise in financial planning, analysis, and operational controllership to the leadership team.
Naveen’s distinguished career is marked by a strong background in budgeting, costing, and financial modeling. He is a visionary professional known for his ability to achieve optimal economic capitalization through strategic planning. Prior to his current role, he served as a Cluster Financial Controller at Marriott International hotels. His educational credentials include an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce.
In his new capacity, Naveen will oversee the resort’s entire finance function, including internal controls, audits, and statutory compliances, ensuring the property maintains its high standards of fiscal excellence.
