DoubleTree by Hilton Bengaluru Airport has announced the appointment of Sanu Sadanandan as General Manager, bringing over two decades of proven leadership experience in hospitality operations

At the helm of India’s largest DoubleTree by Hilton, Sanu will oversee overall strategy and operations, driving business growth while maintaining the brand’s recognised service standards. His role includes end-to-end operational leadership, guest experience improvements, revenue performance, sales and marketing, and fostering a high-performance team culture.
A seasoned professional, Sanu offers deep expertise in hotel operations, revenue optimisation, business development, and team management. Under his leadership, the hotel will deliver DoubleTree’s signature warm hospitality while strengthening its role as a key airport property through innovative F&B concepts and sustainable practices.

Prior to this, Sanu served as Head of MICE Sales at ITC Hotels, Gurugram, and as General Manager at Renaissance Hotel Lucknow, driving operations and market growth. His career includes Director of Operations at Le Méridien Gurugram and key roles across Marriott International.
