Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad has announced the appointment of Priyanka Kumari as its new Assistant Director of Food & Beverage

With over eight years of experience in the hospitality industry, she brings a wealth of expertise in restaurant operations, guest engagement, and food and beverage management to further elevate the hotel’s culinary offerings.
In her role, Priyanka Kumari will oversee the food and beverage operations across the hotel, focusing on enhancing guest experiences, driving operational efficiency, and strengthening the positioning of the hotel’s dining venues. She will work closely with cross-functional teams to curate memorable dining experiences, optimize service standards, and foster a culture of excellence within the team.
Her professional journey began with Marriott International, where she built a strong foundation in hospitality operations. She then moved to Pullman Hotels and Resorts and Novotel Delhi as a Food & Beverage Sales Manager, followed by Taj Hotels as a Restaurant Manager. Most recently, she was associated with ITC Mementos Ekaaya Udaipur, further strengthening her expertise in luxury hospitality and guest-centric service.
As Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, Priyanka will lead initiatives around service excellence, team development, and innovative dining concepts. Her focus will be on creating meaningful guest interactions while reinforcing the hotel’s reputation as a preferred destination for exceptional culinary experiences.
