Le Méridien Gurgaon, Delhi NCR, has announced the appointment of Rajeev Kathait as its new Director of Operations
A seasoned hospitality professional with over 16 years of experience, Rajeev brings with him a strong background across luxury hotels, resorts, and complex operational environments, further strengthening the hotel’s leadership team.
Over the course of his career, Rajeev has been associated with leading hospitality brands including Goa Marriott Resort & Spa, JW Marriott Pune, Grand Hyatt Goa, W Goa, Atmosphere Hotels & Resorts Maldives, and most recently JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa, where he served as Director of Food & Beverage. His professional journey reflects extensive experience across hotel operations, food and beverage leadership, guest experience, cost management, banqueting, and destination-led hospitality.
In his new role at Le Méridien Gurgaon, Rajeev will oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on elevating service standards, driving operational excellence, and enhancing the overall guest journey. His appointment comes as the hotel continues to build on its commitment to delivering thoughtful hospitality and refined experiences in the Delhi NCR market.
