Marriott International has announced the appointment of Devinder Singh Kaundal as the new Director of Operations at The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat
In his new capacity, Devinder will be responsible for leading the hotel’s day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction. He will also focus on driving operational excellence, strengthening team performance, and elevating service standards across all touchpoints.
Devinder brings over 15 years of rich experience in hospitality operations, with a proven track record of delivering results in dynamic and competitive environments. Prior to this role, he served as Director of Food & Beverage at JW Marriott Goa, where he played a significant role in optimising operational efficiencies, enhancing guest experiences, and driving revenue performance within the division.
Over the years, Devinder has been associated with several renowned hospitality brands, including The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, The Westin Gurgaon, Fairmont Jaipur, Jaipur Marriott Hotel, The Westin Chennai Velachery, The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences, and Kaldan Samudhra Palace Chennai. His diverse experience across leading properties has equipped him with deep expertise in hotel operations, team leadership, and service innovation.
