Holiday Inn Agra has announced the appointment of Chef Rohit Chauhan as its new Executive Chef
With over a decade of rich culinary experience across leading hospitality brands in India and internationally, Chef Rohit brings a deep passion for gastronomy and a strong commitment to excellence. He has built an impressive career working with esteemed brands, most recently serving as Executive Chef at Mercure Lucknow Gomti Nagar by Accor.
He has contributed to key leadership capacities at esteemed brands including Hyatt, Sarovar Portico, Aloft, Hilton, and Accor. His diverse experience and strong leadership skills, along with valuable international exposure in Dubai with Aloft & Element Hotels by Marriott, make him a valuable addition to our team.
Chef Rohit specialises in a diverse range of cuisines, including Indian, Western, Japanese, and Arabic, and is known for his innovative approach, attention to detail, and ability to create memorable dining experiences. His leadership style focuses on quality, consistency, and creativity, ensuring that every dish reflects both authenticity and modern flair.
Throughout his career, he has successfully led culinary teams, developed distinctive menus, and consistently delivered high standards in food quality and guest satisfaction. His vision is to elevate the dining experience by blending global influences with local flavors, creating offerings that resonate with both our resident and visiting guests.
Beyond the kitchen, Rohit is passionate about playing cricket and exploring new destinations, bringing a well-rounded personality to the workplace.
