Conrad Bengaluru has announced the appointment of Dhruva Parate as its new Director of Sales

With over a decade of diverse experience across premium consumer brands and luxury hospitality, Dhruva brings strong expertise in corporate sales, market expansion, and strategic partnerships. An alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management, Pusa, he has spent the last seven years with Marriott International, where he held key roles managing national accounts and driving revenue growth across multiple properties. He has also been associated with The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts & Hyatt Hotels in the past. At Conrad Bengaluru, he will lead the hotel’s commercial strategy, focusing on strengthening client relationships, expanding market presence, and delivering performance-led growth.
