Prosenjit Biswas joins Novotel Ahmedabad as Food & Beverage Manager, bringing 14 years of hospitality experience

Novotel Ahmedabad has announced the appointment of Prosenjit Biswas as Food & Beverage Manager. Biswas brings over 14 years of experience in food and beverage operations, restaurant management, guest engagement and service delivery across hospitality brands.
Before joining Novotel Ahmedabad, he was associated with Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre and Hyderabad International Convention Centre, where he worked on food and beverage operations across hotel and convention centre formats.
His association with Accor spans nearly a decade. During this period, he held roles including Outlets Manager, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager and Food & Beverage Team Leader across Bengaluru and Chennai.
Biswas has also worked as Assistant F & B Manager with Radisson Blu, Visakhapatnam, where his role included high-volume operations, planning and dining service management.
In his new role at Novotel Ahmedabad, Biswas will oversee the hotel’s food and beverage operations, outlet management, service processes and team coordination.
