Courtyard by Marriott Pune Hinjewadi elevates three leaders across loss prevention, finance and human resources
Courtyard by Marriott Pune Hinjewadi has announced the elevation of three members of its executive team across loss prevention, finance and human resources.
Milind Thorve has been elevated to Loss Prevention Manager, Head of Department. A Marriott associate with prior experience at JW Marriott Hotel Pune, Thorve, has worked across safety and security operations. In his new role, he will oversee loss prevention and support the hotel’s safety and security framework.
Bhagat Singh has been promoted to Director of Finance. With over 18 years of experience across hospitality brands, Singh brings experience in financial planning, strategic operations and business performance management. His role will focus on the hotel’s financial operations and efficiency.
Anjali Shinde has been promoted to Associate Director – Human Resources. She has worked across employee engagement, talent development and workplace culture at the property. In her new role, she will continue to support human resources initiatives and associate development.
The hotel said the leadership elevations are part of its focus on internal talent development and operational continuity.
