Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad has announced the appointment of Yogesh Pansare as its new Director of Food & Beverage
Yogesh brings over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise across food and beverage operations, banquet management, revenue optimisation and guest experience.
In his new role, he will oversee the hotel’s Food & Beverage portfolio, including restaurants and banquet operations. His responsibilities will include supporting revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, enhancing guest satisfaction and strengthening the hotel’s dining and events offerings.
Pansare has held leadership roles across hospitality brands including Hyatt and Marriott. During his career, he has worked on international summits, corporate engagements and social events, with a focus on operational execution and team management.
