Taj appoints Reekshit Siddhanta as Deputy General Manager for Taj Fort Aguada and Taj Holiday Village, bringing 24 years of hotel leadership experience
Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa, Goa and Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa, Goa have announced the appointment of Reekshit Siddhanta as Deputy General Manager for the two North Goa properties.
Siddhanta has over 24 years of experience in hospitality, with a background in hotel operations, rooms division, housekeeping, guest experience and leadership across luxury hotels in India and the UAE. He began his career with Taj as a Management Trainee in Housekeeping in 2002. Over the years, he has held several roles within the Taj portfolio, including Executive Housekeeper at Taj Umaid Bhawan Palace and member of the pre-opening team at Taj Falaknuma Palace.
He later moved into rooms division leadership and held senior positions, including Director of Rooms at Fairmont Jaipur, Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Goa and Taj Dubai. Prior to this appointment, Siddhanta served as Hotel Manager at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Goa.

The appointment adds to the leadership structure of Taj’s North Goa resorts, which include Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa and Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa.
