Vijaylaxmi Yadav joins Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai as Front Office Manager, strengthening guest services

Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai has announced the appointment of Vijaylaxmi Yadav as its new Front Office Manager. In her new role, Yadav will lead the hotel’s Front Office division, with responsibility for guest arrivals and departures, room inventory, front-of-house operations, service standards, and team performance.
Yadav brings experience across leading hotels in India, with a background in guest services, front office operations, team management, revenue support, and service recovery. Prior to this appointment, she served as Front Office Manager at Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Nashik, where she led front-of-house operations, supported room upselling initiatives, and coordinated across departments to improve service delivery.

She has also worked with Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel and Residences as Assistant Front Office Manager, overseeing daily operations for a 500-plus-room property and managing teams across reception, concierge, and guest services. Her earlier experience includes roles at Taj Lands’ End, Mumbai, where she worked as Taj Club Manager and Assistant Manager of Guest Relations, focusing on VIP guest engagement, club operations, and service recovery.
At Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai, Yadav will focus on strengthening front office processes, staff training, SOP implementation, guest satisfaction, and brand loyalty. Her leadership approach is centred on building empowered teams that can deliver personalised and consistent guest experiences.
