The Fern Hotels & Resorts signs three new properties in Gujarat
The Fern Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of three new properties in Gujarat: The Fern Residency Rajkot, KKV Circle, Series by Marriott; The Fern Habitat Vadodara, Series by Marriott; and LPS The Fern Surat, Gaurav Path Road, Series by Marriott.
With these additions, the group will expand its operational and upcoming portfolio in Gujarat to 40 properties. The new signings are located in Rajkot, Vadodara and Surat, three important commercial and urban centres in the state.

The Fern Residency Rajkot, KKV Circle, Series by Marriott will feature 77 rooms and suites. The hotel will include an all-day dining restaurant, a conference room and a banquet hall. The property is scheduled to open in 2028.

The Fern Habitat Vadodara, Series by Marriott, will offer 98 rooms and suites. The property will include an all-day dining restaurant, a conference room and a banquet hall. It is scheduled to open in the second half of 2026 and will serve business and leisure travellers visiting Vadodara.

LPS The Fern Surat, Gaurav Path Road, Series by Marriott will feature 182 rooms and suites. The hotel will include an all-day dining restaurant, a terrace bar, a conference room and a banquet hall. The property is expected to cater to Surat’s growing hospitality demand.
