Yatharth Singh Rajawat joins Alila Fort Bishangarh as Housekeeping Manager, bringing 7 years of luxury hospitality expertise

Alila Fort Bishangarh has announced the appointment of Yatharth Singh Rajawat as the property’s new Housekeeping Manager. Originally from Jaipur, the “Pink City” of India, Yatharth brings with him over seven years of experience in the hospitality industry. His appointment reflects the property’s continued commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences through operational excellence and service-led leadership.
Yatharth, a graduate of IHM Bangalore, began his hospitality journey with Taj Yeshwantpur as a Hotel Operations Management Trainee (HOMT), where he developed a strong operational foundation and a keen understanding of housekeeping excellence. Over the years, he has been associated with leading hospitality brands, including Taj, Marriott, and The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, building expertise across luxury hospitality and guest experience management. Prior to joining Alila Fort Bishangarh, he was associated with Courtyard and Fairfield by Marriott Outer Ring Road Bengaluru.
In his new role, he will lead the housekeeping operations at Alila Fort Bishangarh, with a focus on enhancing guest comfort, driving operational excellence, and fostering team development within the distinctive setting of the 236-year-old fortress.
Passionate about quality, leadership, and guest satisfaction, Yatharth believes that memorable hospitality experiences are shaped by attention to detail and a strong team culture. Guided by his personal motto, “Details create experiences. Leave it better than you found it,” he brings a thoughtful and people-centric approach to his role.
