JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity has announced the appointment of Vishwajeet Singh as its new Director of Sales and Marketing
Bringing with him over 16 years of experience across hospitality sales, marketing, business development, and customer relationship management, Vishwajeet will lead the hotel’s commercial strategy with a focus on driving revenue growth, strengthening market positioning, and enhancing guest engagement.
Following an early tenure at The Leela Ambience Gurgaon, Vishwajeet joined Marriott International in 2017 as Senior Sales Manager – Market Sales, and has since built a strong career within the Marriott ecosystem, holding progressive leadership roles at Le Méridien Gurgaon. Over the years, he has demonstrated expertise in strategic sales planning, market expansion, stakeholder management, and team leadership, while consistently delivering strong business performance across MICE, corporate, and catering segments.
Known for his empowering and people-focused leadership style, Vishwajeet strongly believes in mentoring teams and creating growth opportunities for future leaders. His approach combines commercial acumen with collaborative leadership, fostering high-performing teams while maintaining a strong focus on work-life balance and employee development.
Throughout his career, Vishwajeet has been recognised with several prestigious accolades including the APEC President’s Circle Award across multiple years, Elite – Sales Team of the Year 2024, Elite – Sales Leader of the Year 2025, and Manager of the Year at The Leela Ambience Gurgaon. He has also been acknowledged for mentoring and developing sales talent across multiple Marriott properties in North India.
In his new role, Vishwajeet will oversee all aspects of sales, marketing, revenue strategy, and business development for JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity. He will work closely with the leadership team to further strengthen the hotel’s positioning as one of the capital’s leading luxury hospitality destinations for business, leisure, weddings, and large-scale events.
