Hyatt Regency Gurgaon has announced the appointment of Himanshu Bhatia as its new Director of Sales – MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions)

With over 15 years in hospitality sales, global account management, MICE operations, and commercial leadership, Himanshu has a proven track record of driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional event experiences.
Throughout his career, Himanshu has held key leadership positions with renowned hospitality brands including Radisson Hotel Group, Hyatt, Sheraton, Le Méridien & The Westin. His professional journey reflects a strong track record in MICE sales, corporate account management, destination marketing, and large-scale event execution across India.
Before joining Hyatt Regency Gurgaon, Himanshu served as Area Director – Commercial Sales at CSFY India, where he was responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, strengthening relationships with travel partners, MICE accounts, and PCOs, while identifying new opportunities for market expansion and revenue growth. He has also successfully led MICE contracting and operations, delivered high-value events for up to 1,000 guests, and consistently built long-term client relationships through service excellence and innovative solutions.
In his new role, Himanshu will lead the hotel’s MICE strategy, focusing on expanding market share, strengthening industry partnerships, enhancing guest experiences, and positioning Hyatt Regency Gurgaon as a preferred destination for conferences, meetings, incentives, and large-scale events.

Known for his collaborative leadership style, commercial acumen, and deep understanding of the MICE landscape, Himanshu is passionate about creating impactful experiences that deliver value for both clients and guests.
