Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport has announced the promotion of Amol Nerurkar to the position of Operations Director

Previously serving as Director of Food & Beverage, Amol takes on the expanded role of handling hotel operations after successfully leading the hotel’s F&B operations and contributing significantly to its commercial performance, guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team engagement.
With over 17 years of international hospitality experience across India, the Maldives, Seychelles, Thailand, Malaysia, and the UAE, Amol has worked with leading hospitality brands including Marriott International, Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, Constance Hotels & Resorts, and JA Resorts & Hotels. His expertise spans hotel operations, revenue optimisation, guest experience, talent development, and pre-opening projects, including the successful launch of three five-star hotels and resorts.
At Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport, Amol has played a key role in strengthening the hotel’s operational performance and market positioning. His achievements have earned him several recognitions at the hotel, including Leader of the Year (2025), Department of the Year – F&B Service (2024) and Revenue Front Leader of the Year (2021) at Marriott.
